# Pourquoi je ne trouve pas certaines opérations ?

**📌 Plusieurs raisons peuvent expliquer l'absence de certaines opérations dans l'application Rénolib :**

Certaines opérations peuvent être désactivées dans le back office. Pour les activer, contactez votre commercial ou bien le [service client](https://api.whatsapp.com/send/?phone=%2B33970700942&text&type=phone_number&app_absent=0).

Selon le secteur choisi ( *tertiaire, résidentiel...*), seules les opérations correspondantes s'afficheront. Par exemple, en sélectionnant *tertiaire*, seules les opérations BAT seront visibles.
